The actual work: building, testing and refining, kept to the scope we agreed. No creeping goalposts.
Handover
Plain instructions, proper training, and enough context that you're not stuck calling us for every small change.

Every job we scope gets rated on two things: how much skill it needs, and how much effort it takes. Multiply them together and you get a sense of how involved it really is.
This is the same idea we use internally, simplified. It won't show you a price, but it'll show you why some "quick jobs" aren't quick at all.
