Meet Barely Social, the app we built because we needed it ourselves

A social media planning tool for businesses too small for a marketing department, built by one.

Most social media tools assume you've already got a marketing person, or the budget for one. We didn't, so we built something for businesses in the same position we were.

Barely Social is a planning and tracking assistant, not a publishing tool. It won't post on your behalf. What it does is take a post from a rough idea through to something finished and on-brand: a board that mirrors how a post actually gets made, AI-drafted captions in a handful of different tones, on-brand graphics generated from your Brand Kit, and a simple way to see what's working and what isn't once it's actually gone out.

It's built for small teams on purpose. Up to five people can share one deployment, and every advanced piece, campaigns, templates, the review flow, even the AI drafting, can be switched off in Settings for a business that just wants the basics. No forced complexity, no per-seat pricing surprises.

This isn't a demo product. It's the exact tool we use to plan our own social media, and it's already out doing the same job for a client: a specialist business that had almost no social presence before, now with proper profiles across every platform that matters to them and a system to keep it that way.

If content keeps falling off the bottom of the to-do list, have a look at the full product page, or book a call and we'll show you it running for real.

If this is relevant to what you're dealing with, get in touch, or have a look at what else we've written.
